Terms of Use — Expekia

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications published by Expekia (the “Apps”) and this website. By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non‑commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps may offer in‑app purchases or auto‑renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Apps, including by attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to them, or by using them for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the Apps. You are responsible for that content and for keeping backups of it.

5. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their design, code, graphics and trademarks, are owned by Expekia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expekia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time by deleting them from your device.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
